A note about our product information
Static settling (24 to 36 hours), no yeasting, no chaptalization. The musts are barreled directly and the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in barrels. The wines are not racked and remain on fine lees 18 to 24 depending on the vintage, without stirring. This vintage is aged in 2 oak barrels of 2 and 3 wines.
