Puligny-Montrachet is home to the world's most coveted white wines, it is a very special place indeed. Latour ferment and age in oak barrels to increase the richness and complexity of the wine. The nose offers up savoury notes of almond, vanilla and acacia. On the palate the core of stone fruit comes the fore, followed by a honeyed finish.
