A note about our product information
The yield per hectare is low, a fact that allows a not very abundant but high quality harvest. After the corresponding cultivation and harvesting processes, the bunches are treated in the winery. The process of making the Legardeta Chardonnay grapes follows the traditional methodology, implemented for centuries in Chivite. Legardeta Chardonnay, before being marketed, ages for six months in French oak barrels on its lees. The aging of white wines -as in this case- and rosés are one of the main characteristics of the renowned Chivite winery.
