Domaine Vocoret Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons
Clear and fresh nose, this is much classier than the regular Vaillons, with more fruit and stone licking at the very back of the palate. It comes from the Séchets sector, is attractively persistent and will make a fine bottle of Chablis over the next 3-6 years.

Vaillons is one of Chablis' most famous Premier Cru wines, alongside Fourchaume, Montee de Tonnerre and Montmains. In fact, Vaillons is separated from the Montmains Premier Cru climat only by a 1000-ft (300m) strip of flatter land that is classified only for use in basic Chablis wine.
