This wine comes from a Brunello micro climate that benefits from one of the best exposures of the region and where the fresh wind balances the high temperatures of the summer season. The wine has a bright ruby colour with intense garnet highlights and a captivating nose that combines smoked wood, wildflowers and a rack of spices. The greatness of this wine is in its mineral dimension, its amplitude, and its generosity. In Tuscany, Sangiovese (the king grape of the region) produces its finest juices, elegant, straight and sparkling. Riserve Vigna Paganelli is a solar wine from a vineyard that has already been producing wine for centuries. That is to say that the concept of terroir takes on its true sense in this region. Serve in a tall glass with a famous Florentine steak or a nice shoulder of lamb rubbed with rosemary, for example. This wine can age for another 2 or 3 decades in a good cellar.
