A note about our product information

Grapes are crushed with their stalks in the first week of January, before being fermented between 21°-23°. Maceration on skins occurs for 35 days to gain depth of colour and flavour. At the end of May, the juice is transferred into new oak barrels and refined for 24 months, undergoing complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is then refined in bottle for 8 months.
